COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State baseball team (20-20) matches up with two in-state opponents this week, hosting Cincinnati (25-19) on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. and Akron (11-32) on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.

- Fans can purchase tickets online at ticketmaster.com or on the TicketMaster app. Tickets can also be purchased at the ticket office at the Schottenstein Center or at Bill Davis Stadium on gameday. The ticket office will open 90 minutes prior to the start of each game. Students can get in for free with their BuckID.
- Free parking will be available in the lots surrounding Bill Davis Stadium.
- The Buckeyes hosted Michigan State over the weekend and went 1-2 against the Spartans.
- Ohio State fell to the Spartans, 11-4, in game one of the series. Henry Kaczmar led the Buckeyes with two hits and two RBIs. Landon Beidelschies (4-7) took the loss on the mound, striking out one and allowing six runs on nine hits in 5.0 innings pitched.
- Hunter Rosson drove in a career-high six runs as the Buckeyes fell to the Spartans, 17-12, in game two. Rosson went 3-for-4 at the plate and was just a triple shy of hitting for the cycle. Jacob Morin (4-1) took the loss, giving up five runs on four hits in 2.0 innings tossed.
- The Buckeyes bounced back with a 10-6 victory over the Spartans in the series finale on Sunday. Trey Lipsey, Kaczmar, Rosson, Tyler Pettorini and Joseph Mershon led the Buckeyes with two hits each and Kaczmar and Rosson each drove in two runs. Blaine Wynk (1-0) earned his first victory on the hill; he fanned two and walked one in 2.2 scoreless innings.
- Hunter Rosson is batting a team-best .355. He has 11 hits and 18 RBIs. His performance last week earned him Big Ten Co-Player of the Week honors.
- Henry Kaczmar is batting .338. He leads Ohio State in hits with 53 and in runs scored with 40.
- Tyler Pettorini and Mitchell Okuley lead the Buckeyes in RBIs with 36 each. Pettorini is batting .316 with 49 hits and Okuley is batting .283 with 41 hits.
- Matthew Graveline (45) and Trey Lipsey (41) have also recorded over 40 hits.
- Lipsey leads the Buckeyes in home runs with six.
- Joseph Mershon has swiped a team-best 13 bases. He is 13-for-15 overall. Graveline is 11-for-13 and Nick Giamarusti is 11-for-12 in steals.
- On the mound, Landon Beidelschies (4-7) leads the pitching staff with 66 strikeouts in 61.0 innings pitched. He has an ERA of 4.43.
- Gavin Bruni (3-2) has fanned 47 in 46.0 innings pitched and has a 5.67 ERA.
- Jacob Morin (4-1) has fanned 24 in 22.1 innings of relief. He has an ERA of 5.24.
- Justin Eckhardt (0-2) leads the pitching staff in saves with six. He has fanned 12 in 15.1 innings pitched and has a 2.93 ERA.
- The Bearcats have a 25-19 overall record and are 7-14 on the road.
- Outfielder Josh Hegemann is batting a team-best .354. He has 46 hits, 20 RBIs and is 12-for-14 in stolen bases.
- Infielder Josh Kross leads the Bearcats with 56 hits, 13 home runs and 54 RBIs. He is batting .327.
