Ticket Policies
Admittance
For all Ohio State Athletics regular season events, children under 2 years old are admitted free but must sit on an adult’s lap. Some tournaments, championships, or other special events may require a ticket for all attendees, regardless of age. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Ticket Resale
Ohio State Athletics allows season ticket holders and fans to transfer or resell individual event tickets on the official ticket marketplace, Ticketmaster, if they are unable to attend an event. However, tickets may not be purchased for the primary purpose of resale. Ohio State Athletics reserves the right to monitor sales, transfer, and use, and, in its sole discretion, to withhold season ticket renewal opportunities or cancel ticket orders from accounts that exhibit activity consistent with that of a ticket broker. Ticket brokers are defined as ticket holders who purchase tickets with the primary intent of reselling their tickets for profit or whose accounts indicate high levels of secondary market activity. Ohio State Athletics also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withhold or alter Buckeye Club membership level and/or season ticket benefits to include but not limited to season parking permits, single game presales, season ticket holder relocation appointment times, away game tickets, and post-season tickets.
Season ticket holders who believe their tickets have been revoked in error under this policy may request reconsideration by completing this form within fourteen (14) calendar days of the revocation notice. All reconsideration requests are reviewed at the sole discretion of Ohio State Athletics, and a response will be provided via email within four (4) weeks of submission. Please note that prior access to purchase season tickets does not guarantee future access and should not be used as a basis for reconsideration. Requests should include all relevant information supporting the position that season tickets have not been purchased with the primary intent of reselling them for profit.

Mobile Tickets
To prepare for event day, we recommend the following:
- Mobile tickets can easily be accessed using the Ohio State Buckeyes app, available here (iPhone) or here (Android). Log in to your Ticketmaster account to access your tickets to upcoming events.
- In advance of gameday, add your tickets to your mobile wallet. If there are time changes to the game, they will automatically be adjusted in your wallet. Also, by having your tickets already in your wallet, you can avoid potentially slow or weak wi-fi/cellular signals at the venue.
- If you are attending with guests, transfer each person their individual ticket in advance. Screenshots of tickets will NOT provide access to the venue.
If you would prefer to access your mobile tickets/parking without using the Ohio State Buckeyes app, please navigate to go.osu.edu/myticketaccount from the web browser on your phone to access your season tickets and parking passes. If your tickets were purchased directly through Ticketmaster, please visit my.ticketmaster.com/account to access your tickets.
