Hitting .409 (18-for-44) with 15 runs scored, four doubles, one triple, three home runs, 20 RBI, six walks and .750 slugging percentage … named National Player of the Week by Collegiate Baseball after leading the country in RBI through the opening weekend, hitting .400 (6-for-15) with a double, two home runs and three walks, while driving in 13 (2/16-18) … led the team with a .450 average (9-for-20) with three doubles, one home run, six RBI and one walk at Big Ten/Pac-12 Challenge (2/22-25) … had a three-hit game with two doubles, RBI and two runs scored vs. No. 2 Oregon State (2/23) … had a career-high five-hit game with two runs scored, four RBI, one double and one home run vs. Utah (2/25) … hit .333 (3-for-9) with four run scored, one triple, one RBI and two walks at Cox Diamond Invitational (3/2-4).
2017 (Junior Season)
Batted .213 (28-for-131) with 37 starts in 39 appearances … made 17 starts at second base, nine in left field, five in right field and two at third base … made his Buckeye debut in season opener against Kansas State (2/17) … recorded a grand slam in victory over Delaware making him and teammate Brady Cherry the first duo to each hit a grand slam in the same game since 1994 (2/18) … had first multi-hit game as a Buckeye in win over No. 5 Oregon State, going 2-for-4 with a run scored and hit by pitch (2/24) … went 2-for-5 with a double in the win at Campbell (3/5) … hit a home run in the opening game at No. 24 FGCU (3/10) … went 2-for-4 with a double and RBI in win over Lehigh (3/14) … tied the program single-game record belting three home runs, driving a season-high five runs in game two Xavier (3/19) … had a 2-for-4 day at the plate with a triple, two hit by pitches and a run scored in win over Youngstown State (3/21)… went 2-for-3 at the plate with one triple, two walks and three runs scored vs. Purdue (3/31) … walked twice with a RBI and run scored vs. Kent State (4/6) … hit .300 (3-for-10) with two runs scored, two doubles, three RBI and three walks at PSU series (4/8-9) … made SportsCenter’s Top 10 Plays of the Day with a diving grab in left field in home game vs. Cincinnati (4/11) … nine multi-hit games and three multi-RBI performances.

One of three new Buckeyes that was on the Highlander squad that finished fourth in the conference and claimed the Region V title in 2015 … named a NJCAA All-Academic Team … batted .393 with 43 runs scored, seven home runs and 38 RBI in 43 games in 2016 … scored 39 runs, while driving in 37 with five home runs in 2015 … second team all-conference in 2016.
