Ohio State's Jax College Baseball Classic Schedule Released

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State baseball team's schedule for the Jax College Baseball Classic, which will be held Feb. 21-23 at 121 Financial Ballpark, has been announced.
The round-robin tournament will feature the Buckeyes, Alabama, Coastal Carolina and NC State. 121 Financial Ballpark is the home of the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, the Triple-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins.
Ohio State plays the first game of the tournament at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21 against NC State. The Wolfpack went 38-23 in 2024 and made it to the College World Series after advancing through the Raleigh Regional and the Super Regional in Athens, Ga. NC State fell to Kentucky and Florida in Omaha.
On Saturday, Feb. 22 the Buckeyes will take on Coastal Carolina at noon. The Chanticleers finished the 2024 season with a 36-25 record and were NCAA Regional participants. Coastal Carolina won two games in the Clemson Regional, defeating Vanderbilt and High Point, and was just short of advancing to a Super Regional after falling to host Clemson twice.
The Buckeyes wrap up tournament play on Sunday, Feb. 23 against Alabama at 11:00 a.m. The Crimson Tide went 33-24 last season and went to the Tallahassee Regional, where they fell to UCF and Stetson.
Advanced tickets for the 2025 Jax Classic are available now at jaxcbc.com/tickets. Seats are sold as "day tickets," which include both games on that day. All reserved and general admission seating sections will increase by $5 on the day of games.
