
Buckeyes Head to Happy Valley to Face Penn State

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Riding a three-game win streak, the Ohio State baseball team (20-17, 3-9 Big Ten) heads to Happy Valley for a three-game series against Penn State (20-13, 2-7 Big Ten) April 21-23.
Last Time Out
- The Buckeyes earned two midweek wins, defeating Miami (OH), 12-11, and Dayton, 8-7.
- It was a back-and-forth game against the RedHawks, but the Buckeyes prevailed.
- Trey Lipsey, Marcus Ernst and Kade Kern led OSU with two hits each and Ernst and Lipsey each drove in three runs.
- Jake Johnson (1-0) earned the win on the mound, striking out one and giving up two hits in two-thirds of an inning pitched.
