Buckeyes Announce Scarlet & Gray Rosters

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Rosters for the Ohio State baseball team’s Scarlet & Gray World Series have been set, head coach Greg Beals announced Monday. Director of operations Blair Everhart will once again coach Scarlet, while quality control coordinator Kirby Pellant will lead Gray. The series begins with game one at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Nick Swisher Field at Bill Davis Stadium.
Some notes on the series:
- Since 1998, Scarlet leads the series, 13-7.
- Gray has the edge in the last seven meetings with a 4-3 record vs. Scarlet.
- Everhart is 2-2 as coach for the Scarlet team.
- Last year, Scarlet won four of five games over Gray.
ON THE BUMP
The opener of the five game-series is set for 6 p.m. Tuesday with the series wrapping up at 6 p.m. Oct. 26 at Nick Swisher Field at Bill Davis Stadium. Admission to all Scarlet & Gray World Series games is free and open to the public. Fans will need to use the pay machines located by Jerome Schottenstein Center or Biggs Athletic Training Facility for parking.The full schedule for the series is below.
