Ohio State to Hold Strength and Conditioning Camp – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio -The Ohio State Department of Athletics, in conjunction with the strength and conditioning coaching staff, is set to host a performance training camp Saturday, Jan. 28 at French Field House from 9 a.m. to noon.
Designed for any athlete in grades 8-12, campers will receive hands on instruction from Director of Strength and Conditioning for Olympics Sports Anthony Glass and his assistants. An excellent opportunity for athletes looking to prepare for the upcoming spring season, attendees will also receive a nutritional guide and program workout manual.
Registration for the camp is $50 and families with more than one camper are eligible for a 10 percent discount for each additional camper.
