17 Baseball Buckeyes Named OSU Scholar-Athletes – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Seventeen baseball Buckeyes were named OSU Scholar-Athletes Monday at the 44th Annual Scholar-Athlete Dinner at the Ohio Union. In addition, the baseball team received the most improved GPA honor for Ohio State men’s teams.
Brian Bobinski, Ben Bokor, Josh Bokor, Mike Carroll, David Corna, David Fathalikhani, Paul Geuy, Greg Greve, Brad Hallberg, Brad Hutton, Blake Hutton, John Kuchno, Theron Minium, Drew Rucinski, Brock Trimbur, Tim Wetzel and Dean Wolosiansky each were named OSU Scholar-Athletes.
The award was the fourth for Minium and Rucinski, the third for Wolosiansky and the second for Bobinski, Corna, Fathalikhani and Geuy.
The Buckeyes earned the No. 4 seed in the Big Ten tournament and take on No. 5 seed Minnesota in the opening game at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday at Huntington Park.
