Dates/Times Set for Scarlet & Gray World Series – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The dates and times have been set for the Ohio State baseball team’s annual Scarlet & Gray World Series. The best-of-five series will begin Wednesday, Oct. 13 and extend all the way to Thursday, Oct. 21, if necessary.
The Buckeye coaches – new head coach Greg Beals, assistants Mike Stafford and Chris Holick, and volunteer assistant Josh Newman – will select the two teams that will battle at Bill Davis Stadium in the traditional closing to Ohio State’s fall baseball practices. Rosters will be forthcoming.
The 2010 Scarlet & Gray World Series Schedule:
Game No. 1 – Wednesday, Oct. 13 at 6 p.m.
Game No. 2 – Friday, Oct. 15 at 3:30 p.m.
Game No. 3 – Saturday, Oct. 16 at 3 p.m.
Game No. 4 – Wednesday, Oct. 20 at 6 p.m. (if necessary)
Game No. 5 – Thursday, Oct. 21 at 3:30 p.m. (if necessary)
The general public is invited to watch the games. Admisson into Bill Davis Stadium is free.
