Thundering Herd visit Bill Davis Stadium on final Buck-a-Burger night of season
Five Minutes with Michael Arp Excerpt
On the hit that sent OSU to NCAAs: “The thing I remember the most is that was my first game in about 10 games. I hadn’t been at bat much, but I recall my swing feeling good throughout the tournament. I felt confident. Finally, I got the call and it was in a crucial situation…my favorite situation. When that pitch came it was slow motion. Everything that I had worked on fell into place and it was great to contribute to the team going to the NCAAs.”
Five Minutes with Drew Rucinski Excerpt
On his hometown Broken Arrow, Oklahoma: “It used to be a small town but Tulsa has grown into Broken Arrow. I’m less than a mile from the Tulsa city limits. It is definitely a Native American name. There are lots of towns like it around Tulsa…like Comanchee and Nowata. I like living there because I can go five minutes in one direction and be in Tulsa and go five minutes the other direction and be in a rural area where I can go hunting or fishing.”
