Todd Named Mid-East Region Coach of the Year – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The American Baseball Coaches Association has named Ohio State head coach Bob Todd as its ABCA/Diamond Sports Company Division I Mid-East Region Coach of the Year.

Todd led the Buckeyes to a 50-14 overall record en route to the Big Ten Regular Season Championship and the NCAA Columbus Regional Championship. OSU finished No. 11 in the final Collegiate Baseball Poll.

This marks the third time in Todd’s 13 years at OSU that he has been honored as the regional coach of the year. He won the award in both 1991 and 1994.
