UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Sunday’s final game of the Ohio State vs. Penn State series was rained out. OSU had a 2-1 lead in the series, winning 8-2 on Friday and taking the first game of Saturday’s doubleheader, 15-11. The Nittany Lions came back in the second game of the double dip, winning 4-2 to keep the Buckeyes from sweeping. The team practiced at PSU’s Greenberg Indoor Sports Complex before heading back to Columbus.
Ohio State is 29-11 on the year and 13-6 in the Big Ten Conference. The Buckeyes play host to Miami (O.) at 6:35 p.m. on Wednesday before their final conference road trip of the year at Indiana, May 1-3.
