Buckeyes to Host Ohio State Tournament

Ohio State will play five games over the course of three days
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State (8-16) will return home to Buckeye Field to host the Ohio State Tournament, looking to bounce back from losses against conference opponent, Purdue. The Buckeyes will face Indiana State (15-10) and Campbell (16-11) twice each plus a game against Louisville (20-7).
Tickets for each game of the tournament are available for purchase on the schedule page at OhioStateBuckeyes.com. Both general admission and reserved seating is available, with a limited number of free student tickets available with a BuckID. Children under two will be admitted free but must sit on an adult's lap. Each game of the tournament will be streamed live on B1G+, with links to live stats and streaming also available on the schedule page. In-game updates will also be available on the official Ohio State Softball X account, @OhioStateSB.
Sunday's game against Indiana State will mark the second Sunday Funday of the year at Buckeye Field, which will feature inflatables, free popcorn for youth (while supplies last), and other activities for kids.

Briefly on the Buckeyes
The Ohio State bats posted 17 runs in Purdue. Abbie Wilhelm continues to lead the Buckeye offense with a batting average of .384 and on-base percentage of .494, which was supported by a three-hit and five-walk weekend at Purdue. Hailey Lang and Taylor Cruse join Wilhelm as the three every-day Buckeyes with a batting average above .300 and an OPS above 1.100. Sami Bewick saw her batting average raise .31 after a five-hit, two-home run weekend at Purdue. Bewick is now swinging .290 with 17 RBI.
Despite missing time early in the 2026 season, Hadley Parisien and Kiki Estrada both continue to produce offensively. Parisien is batting .400 with five home runs, making it on base in every game she has played in thus far. Estrada is swinging .324 with 13 RBI and five home runs.
