Buckeyes to Host Opening Weekend Festivities in Pensacola

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State baseball team will open the 2026 season hosting a three-game neutral site series against Saint Louis at the Blue Wahoos Stadium in Pensacola, Fla. Feb. 13-15, and the Buckeyes are excited to welcome fans for multiple free opening weekend events.
The Buckeyes will arrive in town on Thursday, Feb. 12 and that evening they will host an open practice at the Blue Wahoos Stadium from 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m. CT. The practice is free to attend, and guests may park anywhere in the main stadium lot. Guests are asked not to bring outside food or drinks, pets, or weapons. After practice concludes, there will be a meet-and-greet with head coach Justin Haire and the 2026 Ohio State baseball team.
Ohio State will host a free brunch from 10 a.m.-noon on Saturday, Feb. 14 at The Wharf and Fish Oyster Company. To secure your spot at the brunch, email Delaney Lawler at lawler.110@osu.edu to RSVP by Wednesday, Feb. 4.
