COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State track and field program travels to the South Florida Invite for the second time this season, sending mainly sprinters and pole vaulters. Competition will take place on Friday, April 11 and Saturday, April 12 at USF Track & Field Stadium in Tampa, Fla.

The men's competition takes place on Friday, while the women's competition is on Saturday. The Buckeyes begin action each day at 2 p.m. with the pole vault, followed in the evening with track events.

LAST WEEK'S TOP PERFORMERS
- Zoee Lehman (women's 1500m, 4:30.74), Alex Kenish (men's 800m, 1:52.39), Colby Adams (men's 3000m, 8:30.23) and Teodora Iovi (women's 5000m, 16:39.39) all earned wins for the Buckeyes.
- Iovi crushed her previous personal record of 17:34.65, which she set at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
- In the women's 800m, Carina Napoleon placed second (2:10.12) with Amelia Figler right behind her in third (2:10.50).
- Zubin Jha (men's 3000m, 8:36.19) and Jaxson Eckert (men's 800m, 1:54.05) each finished third in their respective events.
- Akemi Von Scherr had the fourth-best time of 4:32.24 in the women's 1500m.
- Sean Carney held the fourth-place finish in the men's 3000m (8:42.03).
- Ana Karmol shaved off more than 11 seconds for a new personal best in the women's 1500m (4:37.26), besting her previous PR (4:48.88) from the 2023 Jesse Owens Classic.
- Arden La Rose ran a personal best time of 2:16.74 in the women's 800m with her previous PR (2:21.73) being achieved at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
