COLUMBUS, Ohio – The 2001 Big Ten Baseball Tournament, hosted by The Ohio State University at Bill Davis Stadium, has been suspended for the third time in as many days because of rain.
The game five contest between No. 1-seed Ohio State and No. 4-seed Penn State, was suspended in the top half of the third inning with a scoreless tie. The game will resume Saturday at 12:05 p.m.
Illinois and Minnesota will play at 3:35 Saturday.
