
Ohio State Heads to Nebraska for Big Ten Outdoor Track and Field Championships

The Buckeyes will compete against the rest of the Big Ten for three days in Lincoln, Neb.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State track and field team travels to Lincoln, Neb. this weekend for the Big Ten Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
All three days of competition will be streamed on B1G+, in addition to Sunday's track action being aired on Big Ten Network beginning at 1:30 p.m. ET. Fans can also watch this weekend's events with a RunnerSpace+ subscription.
Friday's action begins at 11 a.m. ET with the women's hammer throw, while Saturday's schedule commences with the decathlon 110m hurdles at 10:30 a.m. ET. The women's triple jump will lead off the final day of competition Sunday at 11:10 a.m. ET.

- The Ohio State men placed 10th at last year's Big Ten Outdoor Championships after earning a win in the 4x400m relay and a second-place finish from DJ Fillmore in the men's long jump. The Buckeye women finished 13th with standout performances in the 4x100m relay and women's 100m dash (Leah Bertrand).
- The Buckeyes were last in action when they hosted the Jesse Owens Classic, where they earned 15 wins over two days of competition.
- Sophie Fong established a program record and personal best in the women's pole vault at the Jesse Owens Classic, clearing 4.21m/13'7.75".
- Janela Spencer currently has the fourth-fastest women's 100m hurdle time in the country with a 12.82 (+3.0) recorded at the Tom Jones Memorial.
- Braxton Brann's time (13.43) in the men's 110m hurdles registered at the Tom Jones Memorial is the 12th best in the nation.
- Aniya Mosley's program record women's 1500m time (4:08.54) recorded at the Raleigh Relays ranks 16th nationally.
- DJ Fillmore earned a mark of 7.86m/25'9.5" in the men's long jump at the Texas Relays, good for 17th best in country.
- Kyler Brown's program-best time of 10.12 in the men's 100m, recorded at the Tom Jones Memorial, currently ranks as the 22nd best in the country.
- The Buckeyes have four relay squads ranked in the TFRRS top 25 for their respective events, including in the men's 4x400m squads (11th and 21st), men's 4x100m (22nd) and women's 4x400m (25th).
