COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 25 Ohio State women's lacrosse team fell to Rutgers, 9-8, Thursday evening in Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium. The Buckeyes battled back from a three-goal deficit late in the third quarter and tied the game twice (7-7, 8-8) but a Scarlet Knight goal with 2.2 seconds left stood as the gamewinner.

The Buckeyes are now 6-3 on the year (1-1 Big Ten) and Rutgers is 6-4 (1-1 B1G).
