Buckeyes Honored with IWLCA Academic Awards

Team named Academic Honor Squad, 14 Buckeyes recognized
COLUMBUS, Ohio --Â The Ohio State women's lacrosse team has been named an Academic Honor Squad by the IWLCA for the sixth year in a row, while 14 Buckeyes were selected to the Academic Honor Roll, the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association announced Wednesday.Â
To earn Academic Honor Squad status, teams must post a combined grade-point average of at least 3.2 for the academic year. This is the 12th time since the award started Ohio State has been named an Academic Honor Squad.
To earn a spot on the Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must be a junior, senior or graduate student and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 or greater.
Annie Hargraves, a graduate student, earned the honor for the third time.
Seven Buckeye seniors received Academic honor Roll recognition for the second time – Zoe Coleman, Chelsea Debevec, Darrien Furiness, Katie Kaucheck, Amani Kimball-McKavish, Jocelyn Torres and Brooke Vinson – along with Camryn Callaghan, who was honored while playing for Cincinnati in 2025.
Juniors Makena Harrington, Lexie Kupka, Isabelle Osborn, Audrey Schoemer and Maeve Simonds were named to the list in their first year eligible.
