COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 5 Ohio State men's gymnastics team (8-4, 2-1 B1G) fell short against No. 4 Michigan (10-1, 3-0 B1G) on Monday evening inside the Covelli Center in the Buckeyes' home finale. The Buckeyes scored a season-best 326.550, beating their previous high score by nearly six points, while the Wolverines finished with 328.700.

Parker Thackston captured his third pommel horse crown of the season with his third 15+ score (15.300). David Ramirez tallied a career-high 14.050 on parallel bars to earn his third parallel bars title of the season. As a team, the Buckeyes captured event titles on pommel horse, vault and parallel bars.

Chase Davenport-Mills was the runner-up on floor with a season-high score of 14.050. Ramirez earned a career-high 14.400 on vault and got the stick to finish as the event's runner-up. Jacob Harmon wrapped up the meet with a third-place finish on high bar (13.750), sticking his dismount.
