Ohio State Captures Road Win in Dual Meet at Penn State

The Buckeyes finished the conference slate with a 3-1 record after beating the Nittany Lions 317.950-315.500 on Sunday afternoon.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 5 Ohio State men's gymnastics team (9-4, 3-1 B1G) battled to capture the dual meet win against No. 6 Penn State (9-4-1, 1-3 B1G) on the road in Sunday afternoon's regular season finale. The Buckeyes finished with a team score of 317.950, while the Nittany Lions totaled 315.500 as a team.

Noah Copeland captured the first event title of his collegiate career by earning a season-high 13.800 on floor. Zach Snyder earned his second vault crown of the season by tying his season-high 14.150. Kristian Grahovski earned his first collegiate high bar title by tying his career-high 14.000 and sticking his dismount.

Copeland also earned bronze on high bar with a 13.500 and a stuck dismount. Jesse Pakele finished as the runner-up on rings (13.500) and third on parallel bars (13.550). Jacob Harmon (season-high 13.600 on floor) and David Ramirez (13.600, stuck dismount on parallel bars) also finished in the runner-up spots for their events.
