COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State baseball team will welcome fans to Bill Davis Stadium this week for the annual Scarlet & Gray World Series.

Game and Parking Information
- Game one will be on Monday, Oct 27 at 3:30 p.m., game two is Thursday, Oct. 30 at 3:30 p.m. and game three is Sunday, Nov. 2 at 2:00 p.m.
- Admission for all three games at Bill Davis Stadium is free.
- Paid parking will be available in the lots surrounding Bill Davis Stadium. Fans can pay via the ParkMobile App.
- Team Scarlet features seven returners and 12 newcomers.
- Pitchers Ryan Butler, Luke Carrell, Jake Michalak and Hunter Shaw all saw significant time on the mound for the Buckeyes in 2025. Butler struck out 23 in 25.1 innings tossed, Carrell fanned 30 in 23.1 innings of relief, Michalak made 14 starts and struck out 49 in 46.2 innings and Shaw fanned 35 in 44.1 innings pitched.
- Team Scarlet also features infielder Henry Kaczmar. Kaczmar played his first two seasons with the Buckeyes and spent his junior season at South Carolina before returning to Ohio State for his final season of eligibility. Kaczmar was an All-Big Ten Second Team selection in 2024.
- The coaching staff for Team Scarlet are Justin Haire, Joey Holcomb and Elliott McCummings.
Team Gray Notes
- Team Gray features eight returners and 12 newcomers.
- Pitchers Douglas Bauer, Nik Copenhaver, Gavin Kuzniewski and Sahil Patel were some of the Buckeyes' most relied upon arms last season. Bauer led the 2025 pitching staff with 21 appearances; he struck out 30 in 35.0 innings. Copenhaver fanned 28 in 27.2 innings, Kuzniewski struck out 43 in 56.0 innings and Patel struck out 40 in 31.2 innings pitched.
- Mason Eckelman will be one of the options behind the dish for Team Gray. He batted .281 in 2025 with 50 hits, five home runs, 29 RBIs and 30 runs scored.
- Lee Ellis batted .296 in 2025, notching 42 hits, seven home runs, 34 RBIs and 30 runs scored.
- The coaching staff for Team Gray are Jordan Stampler, Will Morris and Harrison Mohr.
