Buckeyes to Play in Jax College Baseball Classic

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State baseball team is set to play in the second annual Jax College Baseball Classic at 121 Financial Ballpark in Jacksonville, Fla. Feb. 21-23, 2025.
The tournament, which will be hosted by Peak Events, LLC, in partnership with the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, will feature the Buckeyes, Alabama, Coastal Carolina and NC State. Alabama and Coastal Carolina are both coming off NCAA Regional appearances, and the Wolfpack was the runner-up at the College World Series.
"We are extremely excited to be back for year two of the Jax College Baseball Classic here at 121 Financial Ballpark," Peak Events vice president Nathan Wooldridge said. "The 2025 lineup is loaded with high-caliber teams with exciting fan bases, and we look forward to providing both the players and fans with a unique and memorable college baseball experience here in beautiful Jacksonville!"
The Jax Classic will feature two games per day, with each team playing one game per day in a round-robin format over the three-day event. Tickets can be purchased by the day or as a weekend package including all six games, available in select seating sections. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased HERE.
All six games are set to be broadcast live on D1Baseball.com. Games will take place at 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21 and at 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22 and Sunday, Feb. 23. Matchups will be announced at a later date.
