2025 Ohio State Schedule
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio State, the two-time defending Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association Tournament Champions and back-to-back NCAA Tournament participants, will open the 2025 season against Brigham Young University Jan. 3 at the Covelli Center.Â
Ohio State will play host to the 2025 NCAA Championships May 8-12 at Covelli as well.Â
Kevin Burch, now in his sixth season as head coach of the Buckeyes, has put together a daunting non-conference schedule in 2025 prior to the always challenging MIVA regular-season slate.Â
In addition to a pair of home matches against BYU to open the season, the Buckeyes will travel to Austin, Texas, for the 2025 First Point Collegiate Challenge for matches against defending national champion UCLA and then against Stanford.Â
After a home-and-home series with 2024 NCAA participant Penn State, Ohio State will host the 2025 Big Ten Challenge. UCLA and Southern California, along with Penn State, will visit Columbus for the event Jan. 31-Feb. 1.Â
The MIVA regular season begins Feb. 8 against Loyola Chicago in Columbus.Â
The 2025 MIVA Tournament begins on campus sites April 18.Â
The quarterfinal rounds of the 2025 NCAA Tournament get underway at Covelli May 8. The semifinals will be contested May 10 with the finals scheduled for May 12.Â
