OMAHA, Neb. – The Ohio State baseball team is one day out from the start of the 2016 Big Ten Baseball Tournament in Omaha. Head coach Greg Beals met with the media Tuesday morning to preview the tournament and the team’s opening game matchup vs. No. 5 seed Michigan at 10 p.m. ET Wednesday from TD Ameritrade Park. After the press conference, first team All-Big Ten honorees Nick Sergakis, Ronnie Dawson and Tanner Tully hit the streets of Omaha in the team’s “old school” gray uniforms for a video shoot with members from the Big Ten Network, who were looking for some hero shots of the Buckeye stars to be shown during the tournament broadcast. The Ohio State location was at the old territorial capital – now Omaha Central High School. The weather couldn’t have been better to have some fun in front of the camera as the historic school sits on a beautiful hill in the middle of the city. Following the shoot, the Buckeyes held their one-hour practice at TD Ameritrade Park from 6-7 p.m. local time to get ready for the big game tomorrow night vs. the Wolverines, which will be live on BTN.
