COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State baseball team has added a pair of games to its schedule vs. Western Carolina May 8-9 at Bill Davis Stadium. The games have been added because four games were lost this season because of inclement weather.
The Buckeyes will face the Catamounts at 6:35 p.m. May 8 and at 1:05 p.m. May 9. Both games will be nine-inning contests.
Ohio State starts a five-game week by wrapping up an 11-game homestand at 6:35 p.m. Wednesday vs. Xavier before heading to West Lafayette, Ind., for a four-game conference series against Purdue Friday-Sunday.
The Buckeyes are 23-10 overall and 8-6 in the Big Ten (4th) after a four-game conference sweep over Indiana at home this past weekend.
