Recorded five PR’s in the Big Ten heptathlon competition – long jump (7.48m/24’7”, first), 60m (7.00, second), shot put (12.88m/42’3.25”, third), high jump (1.83m/6’0”), 60m hurdles (8.58) and also finished third in the pole vault (4.60m/15’1”)
Won the heptathlon long jump (7.32m/24’0.25”) at the Lenny Lyles Invite as he finished fifth overall, also finishing second in the 1000m (2:42.61), third in the 60m (7.00), fourth in the pole vault (4.67m/15’3.75”) and seventh in the shot put (12.53m/41’1.5”)
Finished third in the long jump (7.42m/24’4.25”) at the Stan Scott Invite
Finished sixth in the pole vault (4.65m/15’3”) and ninth in the long jump (7.36m/24’1.75”) at the Tiger Paw Invite
At the Indiana Invitational, finished sixth in the 300m (34.72), ninth in the pole vault (4.70m/15’5”) and also competed in the 60m hurdles (8.79)

Finished fourth in the decathlon (7,223, PR) at the Big Ten Championships
In the decathlon at the Big Ten Championships, finished in the top five in six events – first in the long jump (7.60m/24’11.25”), third in the pole vault (4.60m/15’1”), fourth in the discus (39.29m/128’11”, PR), fourth in the 400m (49.32), fourth in the 100m (10.78w), fifth in the 1500m (5:00.57)
Competed in the long jump (5.94m/19’6”) at the NCAA East First Round
Won the long jump (7.72m/25’4”) at the Texas Relays
