- Ran a personal-best 21.57 in the 200m at the Texas Tech Open
- Best finish in the 400m was third at the Michigan Invite (48.49), while his season-best time was 48.12 at the Clemson Invitational
- Finished fifth in the 600m (1:20.25) at the Rod McCravy Memorial
- Ran a personal-best 47.55 in the 400m prelims of the Big Ten Championships
- Also ran the 400m (48.10) and 200m (21.84) at the Tom Jones Invite
- Finished ninth in the 200m (21.69) at the Jesse Owens Classic

- Ran a leg of the winning DMR (10:04.59) at the Notre Dame Meyo Invite
- At the Iowa State Classic, was the runner-up in the 400m (47.65) and finished fifth in the 200m (21.92)
