2015 Outdoor (Junior) Earned First Team All-America honors as a member of the 4×400-meter relay team, finishing fourth at the 2015 NCAA Outdoor Championships (3:05.35); earned Honorable Mention All-America honors in the 400-meter hurdles with a 17th-place finish in a time of 51.39 seconds … helped the 4×400 relay to a season-best and second-place time of 3:02.67 at the NCAA East Preliminary; placed sixth in the 400-meter hurdles in a season-best time of 50.35 … earned a silver medal in the 4×4 relay and a bronze medal in the 400-meter hurdles at the Big Ten championships … first place in the 4×400 relay and third in the 400 hurdles at the Jesse Owens Classic … earned Big Ten Athlete of the Week honors with wins in both the 400H (50.42) and 4×4 relay at the Virginia Challenge … FSU Relays champion in the 400 hurdles and third place in the 4×400-meter relay … also competed at the Stanford Invitational and Drake Relays … All-Big Ten selection.

2013 Outdoor (Sophomore) Earned Second Team All-America honors with a 15th-place finish in the 400m hurdles and Honorable Mention All-America with a 19th-place finish in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA championships … posted a season-best time of 51.31 and finished seventh overall in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA East Prelims; helped the 4x400m relay team place fifth in a season-best time of 3:07.07 … placed seventh in the 400m hurdles and fourth in the 4x400m relay at the Big Ten championships … helped the Buckeyes garner three first-place finishes in the 4x 400m relay throughout the season (Jim Click Shootout, Jesse Owens Classic and Arkansas Team Invitational) … in the 400m hurdles, placed sixth at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invite, third at Jim Click, fourth at Jesse Owens.

2012 Outdoor (Freshman) Turned in a 13th-place finish in the 400m hurdles at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials (51.02) … earned First Team All-America honors with a seventh-place finish in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA championships (50.49); named a Second Team All-American in the 4x400m relay after anchoring OSU to an 11th-place and season-best time of 3:04.99 … posted a PR of 50.19 in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA East Prelims, finishing third overall; eighth as a member of the 4×400 relay … third place in the 400 hurdles and sixth in the 4×4 at the Big Ten championships … sixth in the 4×4 and ninth in the 400H at the Drake Relays … first place with the 4×4 at both the All-Ohio championship and Jesse Owens Track Classic, and third at the Jim Click Shootout … first place in the 400H at the JOTC and runner-up at the JC Shootout.

Dunbar High School Nine-time indoor/outdoor state champion … claimed three titles and DII state indoor records in the 60m hurdles (8.03) and triple jump (14.15m/46-5.00) at the 2011 OATCCC Indoor Championships … 2010 OHSAA DII state champion and record holder in the 300m hurdles (37.26) … High School All-American … competed in football and basketball as a sophomore at Dunbar.
