- Ran the 60m (6.88) at the Big Ten Championships
- Finished fifth in the 60m (6.88) in the finals at the Michigan Invite after finishing fourth (6.89) in the prelims
- Finished seventh in the 60m (6.90) in the semifinals at the Rod McCravy Memorial after finishing fifth (6.85) in the first round, tying his season-best
- Ran the 200m at the Texas Tech Open (21.86) and the Clemson Invitational (22.19)
- Competed in the 100m at the Big Ten Championships
- Ran the 100m five times during the regular season – Tom Jones Invite (10.54), Texas Relays (10.69), Lloyd Wills Invite (10.71), Jesse Owens Classic (10.74), Bobcat Invite (10.81)
