- Finished ninth in the shot put (18.07m – PR) at the Big Ten Championships, also competing in discus (48.75m)

- Competed in the shot put (16.20m) at the Big Ten Championships
- Finished eighth in the shot put (15.67m) at the Michigan Invite, also competing in the weight throw (14.77m)
- Finished ninth in the shot put at both the Rod McCravy Memorial (16.73m) and the Indiana Relays (16.61m)
- Competed in the shot put (17.32m) at the Big Ten Championships
- Set two shot put PR’s this season, first at the Bobcat Invite (17.14m) to finish ninth and then again at the Jesse Owens Classic (17.55m) to finish seventh
- Finished third in the shot put at the Penn Relays (17.03) and 12th at the Bulls Invite (16.17m)
- Competed in the discus three times – at the Jesse Owens Classic (45.70m – PR), Bulls Invite (44.15m) and at the Tom Jones Invite (42.90m)

- Competed in the shot put (16.59m) at the Big Ten Championships
- Finished sixth in the shot put at the Rod McCravy Memorial (16.92m) and South Carolina Challenge (16.22m)
- Was ninth in the shot put (15.46m) at the Big Ten Midwest Invite
- Competed in the shot put (16.45m) at the Big Ten Championships
- Finished seventh in the shot put at the USC Open (16.34m) and Jesse Owens Classic (16.17m)
- Finished 10th in the shot put (16.52m) at the Penn Relays
- Adam won the 2019 OHSAA state shot put title outdoors as a senior at Northwestern High with a throw of 59-7 ½
- He is the first Northwestern state champion in a throwing event
- Was third in the shot put at the state meet as a sophomore
