Ohio State Career Honors: Big Ten Freshman of the Week (9/3/2013).
2015 (Junior Season): Started and played in all 19 games, finishing with 19 shots, nine shots on goal and two goals … scored in the season-opener against Saint Louis and a week later vs. Missouri State … took a season-high three shots vs. Missouri State … two shots on goal in a 3-2 win over Ohio … averaged 63 minutes/game.
2014 Season (Sophomore Season): Played in all 18 games, starting 13 … took four shots, one of which was on goal … played an average of 55 minutes a game … started in each of the first 10 games of the season.
2013 Season (Freshman Season): Played in 10 games and earned seven starts … scored a goal in each of her first two collegiate games at the 2013 Conference Cup on the campus of Temple University … assisted on a goal from Peanut Johnson in a 5-1 win over Missouri State in the opening game of the Buckeye Classic … finished the season with two goals, one assists for five points.
Prior to Ohio State: Team captain along with twin sister, Mercedes, for Heritage Woods Secondary School during senior year … two-time MVP for the Kodiaks … two-time captain … four-year starter in backfield … named to U17 Canadian National Team and played in U17 test series vs. U.S. in April 2012 … placed first at Canada Nationals in both 2010 and 2011 …. Ranked third overall in British Columbia High School Provincial Field Hockey Tournament … helped Heritage Woods place first in the AAA Fraser Valley against district-rival Gleneagle with 6-1 victory … placed first in district finals in both 2010 and 2011 … also a member of the HWSS soccer team from 2010-2013.
Personal: Daughter of Geoffrey and Denise Hamilton … twin sister, Mercedes, played for the Buckeyes from 2013 through 2015 … would like to travel and become a Division I field hockey coach after graduation … favorite pastimes include boating, hiking, exploring Vancouver in the summertime and playing field hockey … lists greatest sports thrill as representing her country on the U-17 Canadian Junior National Team.
