
Buckeyes Announce 2026 Field Hockey Schedule

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State field hockey has announced its schedule for the 2026 season.
The Buckeyes will scrimmage at Ohio on Friday, Aug. 14 and at Miami (OH) on Thursday, Aug. 20 before hosting Michigan for an exhibition game on Saturday, Aug. 22.
Ohio State officially opens its 2026 campaign on Friday, Aug. 28 when the Buckeyes host Old Dominion at Buckeye Varsity Field at 4 p.m. The Buckeyes host Bellarmine on Sunday, Aug. 30 at 1 p.m.
The Big Ten/ACC Challenge is next up for Ohio State, with games taking place in Syracuse, N.Y. The Buckeyes will face the Syracuse Orange on Friday, Sept. 4 at 5 p.m. and Virginia on Sunday, Sept. 6 at 11 a.m.
The Buckeyes return to Columbus for a three-game home stand, hosting Delaware on Friday, Sept. 11, Cornell on Sunday, Sept. 13 and Boston College on Sunday, Sept. 20.
Ohio State opens Big Ten play at Iowa on Friday, Sept. 25. The Buckeyes and Hawkeyes will play a non-conference game on Sunday, Sept. 27.
The Buckeyes host Northwestern on Friday, Oct. 2 at 3 p.m., Indiana on Sunday, Oct. 4 at noon and Rutgers on Friday, Oct. 9 at 1 p.m.
The Buckeyes play at Penn State on Friday, Oct. 16 and at Maryland on Sunday, Oct. 18.
Ohio State closes out its regular season home schedule on Friday, Oct. 23 at 3 p.m. against Michigan State.
The Buckeyes wrap up non-conference play at Kent State on Sunday, Oct. 25 and close out the regular season at Michigan on Friday, Oct. 30.
The Big Ten Tournament will be held at Buckeye Varsity Field Nov. 5-8, and the NCAA Tournament will be Nov. 13-22.
