Ohio State Heads to Lincoln for 2026 Big Ten Championships

The team finals will take place on Friday at 8 p.m. ET, while the individual event finals are scheduled for Saturday at 8 p.m. ET.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 5 Ohio State men's gymnastics team (9-4, 3-1 B1G) travels to Lincoln to compete in the 2026 Big Ten Championships on Friday and Saturday. The meet is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. ET each evening and will be broadcast on BTN.

- The Buckeyes wrapped up the regular season with a 9-4 overall record and a 3-1 mark in conference meets, finishing second in the league.
- Earlier today, Parker Thackston was named Big Ten Specialist of the Year and Jesse Pakele was named a Big Ten Sportsmanship Award honoree. Â
- David Ramirez (vault, parallel bars) and Thackston (pommel horse) earned regular season All-American honors from the College Gymnastics Association for finishing in the top eight nationally in their respective events.
- Ohio State earned a 317.950-315.500 win at No. 6 Penn State in the regular season finale on March 22.
- Ohio State gymnasts earned a combined 21 individual event titles during the regular season with nine different gymnasts winning an event.
