COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 21 Ohio State women's gymnastics hits the road for a Big Ten dual meet at No. 11 Michigan State this weekend. The Buckeyes (3-3, 3-2 B1G) and Spartans (5-2, 3-2 B1G) meet Saturday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. from Jenison Field House in East Lansing, Mich.Â

Ohio State is back on the road for its 2026 Big Four meet next weekend. The Buckeyes will compete at UCLA against the Bruins, Maryland and Iowa Friday, Feb. 27 at 10 p.m. ET. The meet will be televised on the Big Ten Network.

Buckeyes in a Nutshell
- In its last meet, Ohio State recorded a season-high 49.525 on floor against Washington. Four gymnasts earned scores of 9.900 or above with JJ Coleman (9.950), Baylie Belman (9.925) and Cameron Smith (9.900) recording career highs and Tory Vetter (9.900) tying her season best.
- Ohio State earned two individual event titles in the conference dual meet against Washington last weekend. Courtney McCann won her second beam title of the year with a season-high 9.900. Coleman won the floor title with her career-high tying score.
- Ohio State is ranked 11th nationally and third in the Big Ten on floor with a national qualifying score of 49.319. The Buckeyes have won the floor title in four of their six meets of the season.
- Coleman leads the Buckeyes on two events so far this season. She has recorded a team-high 9.900 on vault and 9.950 on floor. She has three event titles on each of the apparatuses. The Albuquerque, N.M. native competed in the all-around for the first time this season in last weekend's meet against Washington.
- Vetter owns the team's highest score of the season on uneven bars (9.900) and the all-around (39.525). Vetter, in her fifth season with the Buckeyes, is the 2024 Big Ten uneven bars champion and has tied the program's all-around record of 39.625 in her collegiate career.
- Six student-athletes have made their Buckeye debuts in the lineup this season. Junior Natalie Martin has competed on vault, beam and floor sophomore Sadie Jane Berry has competed on uneven bars. Freshmen Jaylyn Pomager, Ava Jackson and Baylie Belman have also been in the lineups in their first collegiate season for Ohio State.
- Ohio State's beam team is led by Jackson and Riley Guevara with season high scores of 9.925. Five Buckeyes – Guevara, Jackson, Martin, Vetter and Courtney McCann – have scored a 9.900 or higher on beam this season with the team's highest beam score of the year being a 49.425 at Nebraska.
- The team is ranked 21st in the country and seventh among Big Ten teams. In the conference standings, Ohio State is tied for second with Minnesota, Iowa, Penn State and Michigan State.
