COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State sophomore Cameron Smith and redshirt senior Tory Vetter made their respective NCAA Championships debuts on Thursday afternoon, representing the Buckeye women's gymnastics program in the 2026 national semifinals at Dickies Arena in Forth Worth, Texas.

Vetter concluded her collegiate career with her first trip to nationals and finished seventh overall in the all-around with a score of 39.3625. Rotating with Florida for the afternoon, she opened the meet with a stick on beam and a score of 9.8875 to tie for eighth overall. The Hilliard, Ohio native went on to record a 9.9000 on floor in the second rotation, becoming the first Buckeye to hit a 9.9 in the NCAA semifinals since 2012. The score tied for eighth in the session. Vetter added a 9.7875 on vault and uneven bars in the final two rotations. Â
