Buckeyes Place Fifth at CSCAA National Invitational Championship

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State men's and women's swimmers completed competition at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship on Saturday, with the Buckeye men winning the event with 843.5 total points. The Ohio State women placed fifth with 494 points.

- Alex Metzler was a double winner, earning victories in the 200 IM (1:45.89) and the 400 IM (3:45.44).
- Luke Vickers also picked up two wins. He placed first in the 100 breast with a time of 53.28 and in the 200 breast with a time of 1:55.43.
- The Buckeye relay team of Caleb Ellis, Martin Perecinsky, Josh Bedford and Metzler won the 800 free relay, finishing in 6:23.70.
