Hentschel Collects First Team All-American Honors on Night Three of NCAAs

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State diver Lena Hentschel earned First Team All-American honors in the 3-meter dive on the third night of the NCAA Championships in Atlanta.
Hentschel placed fourth in prelims with a score of 334.65 to secure her spot in the evening's finals session. In finals, Hentschel placed seventh with an aggregate score of 337.30. Hentschel has now collected All-American honors in both the 1-meter (Honorable Mention) and 3-meter dives.
In the 400 medley relay, the team of KK LeBlanc, Maria Ramos, Carrie Furbee and Sienna Angove placed 20th with a time of 3:32.25.
After three days of competition, the No. 11 Buckeyes are in 12th place with 65 points.
The NCAA Championships conclude on Saturday, March 21. Prelims will begin at 10 a.m. and finals get underway at 6 p.m. Both sessions will stream on ESPN+.
