COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State baseball team (15-14, 3-3 Big Ten) continues its six-game home stand at Bill Davis Stadium when the Buckeyes host Iowa (17-13, 5-4 Big Ten) for a three-game series April 12-14.

- Fans can purchase tickets online at ticketmaster.com or on the TicketMaster app. Tickets can also be purchased at the ticket office at the Schottenstein Center or at Bill Davis Stadium on gameday. The ticket office will open 90 minutes prior to the start of each game. Students can get in for free with their BuckID.
- Fans that purchase tickets to the spring football game on Saturday can add on a baseball ticket for one dollar.
- Saturday's Spring Game will kick off at 12:00 p.m. Traffic will be heavy in the area and free parking is available to fans on a first come, first serve basis. Fans are encouraged to arrive early and pre-plan multiple parking options in the Athletic District near Bill Davis Stadium.
- Friday and Sunday, parking will be available in lots surrounding Bill Davis Stadium. Additional parking will be available in the Buckeye Lots across from the Covelli Center.
- The Buckeyes hosted Bowling Green and Morehead State for midweek games and Ohio State earned the win in both matchups.
- Ohio State defeated Bowling Green, 6-4. After giving up an early lead, the Buckeyes and Falcons were tied, 4-4, in the bottom of the eighth inning. A two-run home run from Trey Lipsey drove in the go-ahead runs for Ohio State.
- Lipsey, Tyler Pettorini, Henry Kaczmar and Josh Stevenson led the Buckeyes with two hits each and Lipsey had a team-high three RBIs.
- Zach Brown (3-0) earned the win on the mound. He allowed just one hit in 1.0 inning pitched.
- Justin Eckhardt recorded his fifth save of the season. He struck out one and gave up one hit in 1.0 inning pitched.
- The long ball also helped the Buckeyes to a 13-7 win over Morehead State.
- Mitchell Okuley homered twice in the game and Pettorini was just one triple shy of hitting for the cycle.
- Pettorini led the Buckeyes with three hits, including a home run, and Okuley, Lipsey and Kaczmar each added two hits.
- Okuley batted in five runs, tying his career-high.
- Hunter Shaw (1-2) earned the win. He struck out two and gave up one run on two hits in 2.0 innings pitched. 20 of his 28 pitches thrown were strikes.
- Henry Kaczmar leads the Buckeyes at the plate, batting a team-best .325. He leads Ohio State in hits with 37 and in runs scored with 28.
- Tyler Pettorini and Matthew Graveline are each batting .315 and each have 35 hits on the season so far. Pettorini has driven in 29 runs.
- Mitchell Okuley leads the Buckeyes in RBIs with 30. He is batting .305 with 32 hits.
- Pettorini and Lipsey lead the Buckeyes in home runs with four each. Graveline, Okuley, Josh Stevenson and Nick Giamarusti each have three home runs.
- Joseph Mershon has a team-high nine stolen bases. He is 9-for-11 overall.
- On the mound, Landon Beidelschies (3-5) leads the pitching staff with 54 strikeouts in 44.2 innings pitched. He has an ERA of 3.63.
- Gavin Bruni (2-1) has fanned 31 in 33.0 innings pitched and has a 5.45 ERA.
- Gavin DeVooght (2-1) has struck out 16 in 19.1 innings tossed and has an ERA of 1.86.
- Justin Eckhardt leads the pitching staff, and the Big Ten, in saves with five. He has fanned 10 in 12.0 innings pitched and has an ERA of 3.75.
- Preseason Big Ten favorite Iowa is 17-14 overall and 5-4 in the conference entering this weekend's series.
- Andy Nelson is batting a team-best .408. He has 29 hits and 20 RBIs.
- Raider Tello leads the Hawkeyes with 47 hits. He is batting .382 and has also added 34 RBIs.
- Davis Cop has a team-high 38 RBIs.
- Sam Peterson is a team-best 16-for-17 in stolen bases.
- Cade Obermueller (2-1) has struck out 44 batters in 37.2 innings pitched and has an ERA of 3.11.
- Brody Brecht (0-1) leads the pitching staff in strikeouts with 69 in 37.0 innings tossed. He has an ERA of 4.62.
- Henry Kaczmar, Landon Beidelschies and Joseph Mershon all made D1Baseball's midseason player position rankings lists for their respective positions;
- Kaczmar was named the 36th-best shortstop in the country, Mershon is the 41st-best second baseman and Beidelschies is the 84th-best starting pitcher.
- The Buckeyes host Wright State on Tuesday, April 16 at 6:00 p.m.
