THOUGHTS ON THE MEET
Director Rosalind Joseph: “We had a lot of good things happen this weekend – PR’s, champions and school records. As the final regular season competition, the goal was to get some work in and come out healthy. I think we accomplished that. The less-than-ideal weather for some just added to our mental toughness training. This can be a challenging meet for an undisciplined athlete and really forces you to self-manage and show up on a big stage. That’s the kind of test that we need at this point in the season and I thought our student-athletes managed themselves well.”
