
Harrison Breaks School Outdoor Record on Friday

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State track and field team continued the Raleigh Relays on Friday. Eric Harrison set an outdoor school record in the 100m (10.10) with an event victory as well, his second in two weeks in the 100m.
Jaimie Robinson won her second triple jump competition in as many weeks with a 12.86m. Oscar Smith had the fastest OSU men’s outdoor time this season in the 110m hurdles (13.73) to win the event.
- Shaun Miller Jr. was the runner up in the men’s high jump, clearing 2.15m – better than his best showing last weekend.
- The Ohio State women had a strong showing in the 100m with three in the top-10 overall. Nya Bussey led the Buckeyes in fifth place (11.47), with Yanique Dayle (11.63) and Leah Bertrand (11.67) in sixth and seventh, respectively. In the men’s 100m, Kainnan Ramsey finished fifth (10.24) to complement Harrison’s win.
- In the women’s 400m, Mary Figler led the Buckeyes with a seventh-place finish (54.98) and Alyssa Marsh was eighth (55.18). The men also had two make the top-10 in Donnie James (46.94) and Armani Modeste (46.96), finishing seventh and eighth overall.
- Alexus Pyles finished ninth overall (13.78) in the 100m hurdles.
- Carlos Aviles led the Ohio State men in the discus throw (50.03m).
- Addie Engel was the fastest among the Buckeye women in the 5000m (15:59.97).
