Magno, the Big Ten Tournament’s Most Outstanding Player, was magnificent during his junior season in leading a young Buckeye bullpen to a Big Ten Tournament championship and NCAA Regional appearance. A two-time Academic All-Big Ten selection and two-time OSU Scholar-Athlete, Magno made a team-high 31 appearances posting a 5-3 record and a 2.09 ERA, the lowest ERA among B1G pitchers. Magno tallied the second-most saves in the conference with 14, which ranks seventh on the OSU single-season saves list. He limited opposing hitters to a .205 average with 75 strikeouts in 64.2 innings pitched.
