Jamee Juarez in the Pros – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – With a month remaining in the regular season, former Buckeye Jamee Juarez has helped keep the Chicago Bandits of the National Pro Fastpitch League in contention for a championship berth. The Bandits are currently just one game behind NPF leaders USSSA Pride with a 15-9 mark.
Juarez, who was Ohio State’s Most Valuable Pitcher from 2005-07, holds a 4.81 ERA this season in eight appearances for the Bandits. She previously played four seasons with the NPF Akron club before joining the Chicago roster.
Juarez led Ohio State to a Big Ten regular season and tournament title during her Buckeye career. A native of La Puente, California, she is currently an assistant softball coach at Santa Ana College in California.
