Transfer from Michigan where he played his freshman year … prior to his time in Ann Arbor, Kohl was ranked as the No. 44 player in the IMG Academy 150, No. 16 forward and No. 3 player in the Great Lakes Region by TopDrawerSoccer.com … hailed as the No. 23 player in the country by CollegeSoccerNews.com and competed for the US National Team in Panama as a member of the U17 squad … scored his first international goal vs. Trinidad and Tobago and won Generation adidas Tournament Golden Boot Award … spent five seasons with Columbus Crew Academy (2009-2014).
2014 (Freshman Season at Michigan)
Made 12 appearances on the year in a reserve role at Michigan … made collegiate debut against Bowling Green in a reserve role (Sept. 16) … took a shot in the Big Ten Tournament against Ohio State (Nov. 9) and played a season-high 52 minutes .. had a shot against Ohio State (Nov. 5) … fired two shots in the 3-2 win over Michigan State (Nov. 2) … took one shot against Notre Dame (Oct. 7).
