Senior midfielder started 16 matches for Buckeyes in 2025
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Luciano Pechota, a senior midfielder from Avon, Ohio, was named to the All-North Region Third Team by the United Soccer Coaches, Tuesday.
Pechota was a mainstay in the Ohio State lineup this season. He started all 16 matches and led the Buckeyes in minutes played with 1,414.
He assisted on five goals and was one of the two Buckeyes to start every match in 2025. Pechota was second in shots taken with 30.
