Molly Rose Mayer joined the Ohio State staff in July of 2024, where she serves as the primary marketing contact for women’s basketball, men’s soccer, men’s and women’s gymnastics, men’s and women’s track and field, and men’s lacrosse with a supporting role for football.
Prior to joining the team at Ohio State, Mayer spent three years as an associate director at the University of Arizona where she served as the primary contact for men’s basketball, women’s soccer, and softball while also supporting football game day and overseeing the student internship program. During this time, she also served as the in-game production director for the inaugural PAC-12 Softball Championship as well as the Arizona Bowl and March Madness First and Second Rounds.
Mayer also has previous stops at the University of Kansas, Villanova (Pa.), and various marketing agencies working in New York. Mayer is a 2016 graduate of the University of Kansas, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in sport management with a minor in business.
