Competed solely on the pommel horse … scored a 13.500 at the NCAA Championships to help Ohio State earn runner-up honors … scored a 14.150 at the Big Ten Championships to help Ohio State win back-to-back conference titles … placed sixth at the Big Ten individual finals with a readout of 13.950 … won the title against UIC with a 14.500 … scored a career high of 14.600 at Oklahoma to place sixth … garnered silver at Illinois with a 14.100 … registered fourth-place showing against Michigan with a score of 14.350 … collected a trio of fifth-place showings at the Windy City Invitational (13.200), Arnold Challenge (13.650) and NCAA Qualifier (14.350).

Competed on floor in a tri-meet with William and Mary and Temple (March 20) … competed on pommel horse at a tri-meet with Oklahoma and Air Force (March 7) and against Michigan (Jan. 30) … earned a personal-best score of 13.800 on pommel horse at the Cal/Stanford tri meet (Jan. 24).

Trained at Platinum Gymnastics under coaches Dan Connelly and Vladimir Bannyi … five-time JO national championship qualifier … four-time Academic All-American First Team … six-time state all-star team member … 2014 state parallel bar champion.
Personal
Son of Sue and Ken Jacoby … has one older sibling, Dani … after graduation, hopes to found a tech startup company … his favorite pastimes include design, photography, hanging out with friends, surfing and creating apps … lists his greatest sports thrill as sticking his parallel bars dismount to win the event at state in 2014.
