2015 (Senior Season): Competed on pommel horse, parallel bars and high bar at the NCAA qualifier (April 9) … finished eighth on high bar at the Big Ten event finals (March 28) … featured on pommel horse, parallel bars and high bar (sixth-place tie) at the Big Ten team finals (March 27) … represented OSU on pommel, parallel bars and high bar against Oklahoma (March 14) … won pommel horse with a personal-best score of 15.300 at the Arnold Challenge (March 7); also competed on parallel bars and finished third on high bar … won high bar (15.300), earned a fourth-place finish on pommel horse and competed on parallel bars against Michigan (Feb. 28) … runner-up on high bar at Penn State (Feb. 6); also featured on parallel bars, rings and pommel horse … captured third place on pommel against Oklahoma and Iowa; also competed on rings, parallel bars and high bag … won pommel horse with a score of 14.900, competed on rings, notched a fourth-place finish on parallel bars and tied for second on high bar with a score of 15.250 against Illinois (Jan. 24) … competed on pommel horse, rings and high bar at the Windy City Invitational (Jan. 17).
2014 (Junior Season): Competed on rings, parallel and high bar at the NCAA qualifier and team finals (April 10-11) … at the Big Ten championships competed on pommel and high bar (March 28) … fourth on high bar with a 15.350 at the Arnold Challenge (March 1) … earned a second-place finish on high bar with a personal-best 15.600 vs. Cal-Berkley (Feb. 14) … second on high bar at Illinois (Jan. 26) … 2014 CGA All-American Scholar-Athlete.
2013 (Sophomore Season): Competed in every meet of the season … placed fourth on pommel horse with a 14.55 against Michigan Feb. 16 … earned a first-place finish on parallel bars (14.80) and a fifth-place finish on pommel horse with a career-high 14.75 against Illinois Feb. 23 … scored a career-high 14.50 on rings and a career-high 14.40 on high bar to place fifth in both events against UIC March 9 … also placed fifth on pommel horse (14.40) and parallel bars (14.05) … led the Buckeyes on high bar at the Big Ten championships April 5 with a 14.15 … also led the Buckeyes on parallel bars at the NCAA qualifier April 19 with a 14.10.
2012 (Freshman Season): Competed in pommel horse, parallel bars, rings and high bar for the Buckeyes … placed ninth (14.30) on parallel bars in his first collegiate meet at the Windy City Invitational (Jan. 14) … scored a career-high 14.850 to place second on parallel bars against Oklahoma (Jan. 21) … placed second on pommel horse against Michigan and SUNY Brockport (Feb. 18) with a 14.10 … scored a career-high 14.700 on pommel horse against Illinois (March 2) to place third … recorded a career-high 14.00 on rings against Stanford (March 9) … contributed on pommel horse (13.70), rings (14.00), parallel bars (13.55) and high bar (13.65) for the Scarlet and Gray at the Big Ten championships (April 6) … also contributed at the NCAA championships (April 19), scoring a 14.100 on pommel horse, 12.150 on rings, 12.300 on parallel bars and a 13.250 on high bar.
Prior to Ohio State: Trained and competed for the Will-Moor School of Gymnastics under coach Tyrone Elam.
Personal: Son of Larry and Beth Nork … has two siblings, Melia and Kalea … majoring in business … plans to go into finance after completion of undergraduate studies … favorite pastimes include frisbee, bicycle riding and reading … lists greatest sports thrill as becoming an Ohio State Buckeye.
