
Ohio State Dominates at Rod McCravy Memorial

Lexington, Ky. – The Buckeyes traveled to the University of Kentucky to compete in the Rod McCravy Memorial this weekend, and they just keep getting better. At this weekend’s meet, the women were able to claim titles in seven events while the men took eight.
The Buckeyes couldn’t have asked for a better start to the day on Friday as Sade Olatoye cruised to a victory in weight toss.

Meanwhile, Anavia Battle set a new Rod McCravy Memorial meet record with her golden 200m Dash.
DaJuan Seward set a new personal record in Long Jump, as he captured third place with his 7.35m leap.
The men and women both excelled in the 600m Dash, as Annie Ubbing, Mary Figler, and Courtney Clody covered the podium for the women, while Frank Hayes and RJ Russell finished in first and second for the men.
Saturday started off even better than Friday for the Buckeyes, as Sade Olatoye set a new Ohio State record in Shot Put with a 17.57m toss.

Senior Luke Landis had a tremendous day, as he won both the Mile Run and the 3000m Run.
