
Braxton Brann Sets Program Record in Arkansas

Brann was the lone Buckeye competing this weekend.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State track and field team had one athlete competing at the Arkansas Qualifier in Fayetteville, Ark., today.
Braxton Brann was the only Buckeye to make the trip to Arkansas for today's Arkansas Qualifier. Competing in the men's 60m hurdles, Brann recorded a time of 7.81 in the preliminaries and secured a spot in the event finals. Brann went on to place first in the finals after crossing the line in 7.64, setting an Ohio State program record. The record was previously held by Demoye Bogle and Donovan Robertson, who both registered their times of 7.65 in 2014.

The Buckeyes will be back in action February 26 for the Big Ten Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
